Brian Dennis, President of Lot One Homes, began his career working on custom homes in the Southern California Market in the early 1990’s. Building in areas of Beverly Hills, Pacific Palisades and the Hollywood Hills he learned the importance of using the highest quality building materials and accepting only the finest craftsmanship. In 1997 he brought his talents to Atlanta to work with Centex Homes, one of the country’s largest homebuilders, producing high-end production homes throughout the metro area. He later joined Morrison Homes where at various times during his employment he managed construction, purchasing and land acquisition.

Mr. Dennis founded Lot One Homes with the idea of combining the best of what he had learned during his custom and production homebuilding experiences. In order to provide customers with a uniquely rewarding experience his goal was to offer both the quality and attention to detail, typical in a custom home, and the value and affordability available in a production home. The craftsmanship found in all Lot One Homes is a result of careful selection of Trade Partners, daily supervision of construction by an experienced builder on a limited number of homes and a multi-step quality control program. The effort taken to assure the quality of homes built, not the quantity, allows Lot One Homes to offer a tremendous value to its customers. This is accomplished by controlling re-work and warranty expenses and eliminating the corporate overhead structure.
