As a Lot One Homes homeowner, you’ll have the complimentary service of a personal design consultant who will help you create your new home. After completing your new home selections at the design center you will meet with a lighting consultant at one of Progressive Lighting’s designer showrooms to select your light fixtures. Progressive Lighting is the largest chain of residential lighting showrooms in the Southeastern United States. Their professional lighting consultants will work with your personal style and allowance to help you create the home of your dreams. If you are purchasing an inventory home some options, depending on where your home is in the construction process, may be unavailable. Because once we order materials for a trade we can no longer alter that option Lot One Homes encourages you to select your inventory home and schedule your design appointment as quickly as possible. This will allow you the most flexibility in customizing your new Lot One Homes home. design-center-inside-2 Best of all, every Lot One Homes feature is installed, operational and under warranty the day you move in. There’s no need to spend time waiting around for delivery trucks or having to let installers into your home after you’ve moved in.
